The Canadian Nurses Protective Society (CNPS) is delighted to announce that Jean-François Laberge has joined the CNPS as Associate Chief Executive Officer.
Jean-François is a fully bilingual and trusted educator, advocate, and litigator. He also brings a wealth of regulatory and dispute resolution expertise to this new role. In addition to his multidisciplinary legal career, Jean-François has extensive leadership experience, having been the president and board member of numerous organizations.
In this new capacity, Jean-François will help to strengthen the CNPS’ ability to meet the legal needs of nurses across Canada who are working in constantly evolving health systems, services, and scopes of practice.
“With his proven commitment to innovation and new ideas, Jean-François will add meaningful contributions at a key time of growth for the CNPS,” said Chantal Léonard, Chief Executive Officer of the CNPS. “This new position will also help the organization support membership growth and expand collaboration with partners and stakeholders in new and innovative ways.”
