Am I Eligible?

Canadian Nurses Protective Society > Services > Am I Eligible?

Nurses can become eligible for CNPS core services, including professional liability protection, in one of two ways: As a benefit of membership in a CNPS member organization or designated beneficiary group, or by becoming a CNPS individual beneficiary.

Nurses who are eligible for CNPS services and legal assistance are referred to as “beneficiaries” of the CNPS. You may already be eligible for CNPS services as a benefit of your provincial or territorial membership in a CNPS member organization.

Wondering whether you are generally eligible for CNPS services? Please use the tool below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-800-267-3390 or contact us via info@cnps.ca.
